Have you been injured on the job? If so, contact one of our workers’ compensation attorneys immediately to help you receive your benefits. Alabama law states that if you are injured on the job you are entitled to the following benefits if applicable:
What are these benefits?
Medical benefits are provided to an injured employee by the employer. The employer is responsible for payment of the medical bills, but in exchange, the employer gets to select the doctor or medical provider that treats the injured employee.
Vocational benefits are provided to an injured employee who needs job training or retraining as a result of an on the job injury.
In a perfect world, an injured employee would receive the full extent of these benefits as needed. However, some employers, and the workers’ compensation insurance companies, work to reduce the benefits owed to the employee. Therefore, it is important that you contact one of our workers’ compensation attorneys immediately to help ensure you receive benefits to which you are entitled.
